Your tasks
- Development and Implementation of Creative Concepts for Social Media, Video and Motion
- Design and production of content for digital channels & moving images
- Management of cross-channel strategies including paid & organic campaigns
- Supervision of editorial plans, KPIs, budgets, community & influencer collaborations
- Occasional Design of Print Materials to Complement Campaigns
- Continuous trend and format scouting with a view to target groups & brand values

That's what you bring
- Completed Design Degree or Comparable Education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a social media or art director environment
- Safe use of InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects & common social tools
- Experience with tools such as Swat.io, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar
- Editing and editing experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or comparable programs
- Experience with paid campaigns, moving image & content strategy
- Basic knowledge of print production is an advantage
- Design Skills, Presentation Skills and a Keen Sense for Brands
- Enthusiasm for Family & Children Marketing — with a Desire for Responsibility
