KB&B - Family Marketing Experts is an owner-managed agency from Hamburg with a focus on the most exciting target group in the world: families.

We develop cross-media strategies, strong creation, well-founded market research and innovative media and audio formats for well-known customers — including brands such as Bärchen, Alete, ROFU, Deutsche Bahn and Sony Music.

With our own podcast label Hearooz, we are also actively shaping the audio marketing of the future.

To further expand our business, we are looking for a sales person who thinks strategically, communicates empathetically and wants to actively shape our growth.

Your tasks:

New business & customer development

You have a good radar for potential — and you know how to open doors:

  • Identifying and proactively approaching potential new customers
  • Push and pull acquisition: cold calling, follow-ups & reactivation
  • Participation in pitches, tenders & offer processes
  • Close collaboration with creation, strategy, research & marketing

Sales & marketing of audio, market research and agency services

You bring our entire portfolio to the stage:

  • Active distribution of audio formats, market research offers and agency services to brands, agencies & media decision makers
  • Development of new offer models & sales approaches
  • Establishing partnerships in the family and children segment

Advice & public presentation

You present what we can do — comprehensible, clear, inspiring:

  • Advice on cross-media communication solutions (print, social, digital, audio, market research)
  • Collaboration on sales materials, website & cases
  • Representation at trade fairs, events & roadshows

Structure & teamwork

You don't just think in terms of sales, but also in terms of the system:

  • Close coordination with Director Client Services & Strategy
  • Clean documentation of activities & pipeline
  • Development of our new business processes and tools

This is what you bring with you:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in an agency, media, audio or marketing environment
  • Structured, independent way of working & hands-on mentality
  • Confident appearance, empathy & negotiation skills
  • Ability to present complex services in an understandable and convincing way
  • Interest in family marketing — also for podcasts, audio plays & audio formats
